Louisa Lim – Cheffe Pâtissière at Odette
A long-running documentation of Cheffe Pâtissière Louisa Lim’s creations at Odette, Singapore. Louisa is the restaurant’s pastry chef (Cheffe Pâtissière) and recipient of Asia’s Best Pastry Chef 2023 at the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards. 
Trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and part of Odette since 2019, her desserts balance delicacy and clarity, which I translate into calm, consistent imagery reflecting the purity and elegance of her style.
