A documentation of Quenino at Artyzen Singapore, developed in collaboration with Victor Liong, the chef-owner of Melbourne’s Lee Ho Fook, which has been awarded two Chef’s Hats in Australia’s Good Food Guide.

Victor Liong is known for his contemporary interpretation of Asian cuisine, combining technical precision with bold, layered flavour profiles. At Quenino, this approach translates into dishes that reframe Southeast Asian influences through structure, clarity, and disciplined presentation.

This body of work captures the restaurant’s visual language with a restrained, product-focused approach. Emphasis is placed on texture, colour, and composition, maintaining consistency across the menu while preserving the rhythm and energy of the dining environment. Created for digital and social media use, the imagery reflects both the personality of the cuisine and the standards of a refined hotel setting.
